Luigi from Luigi's Mansion!
In this game it was Luigi's time to shine and save Mario from King Boo. Luigi 'apparently' won a mansion in a contest he never entered and was gullable enough to be fooled. You must scurry through the haunted mansion to find keys which unlock doors, and suck up ghosts ofcourse. Luigi is given the Poltergust 3000 which he got from Professor E. Gadd to suck up the ghosts. In the final cutscene when Mario is turned back to normal form, while dizzy, Luigi laughs and cries at the same time.
