Representing Iwate Prefecture's local cuisine, Wanko-soba (aka buckwheat noodles), a bunch of bowl-head papercraft characters from the Iwate tourism site.
The way you eat wanko-soba is very entertaining, as soon as you finish your first bowl, a server will throw in a ball of noodles into your empty bowl and will keep doing so every time you finish. They'll only stop serving when you put the lid on your bowl.
